HELIKSIR LTD (www.heliksir.com) is currently hiring 3 mountain guides specialize in skiing for his 2011 season in Gudauri, Georgia. The main job consists to guide people around mountains and get the best out of their experience. Terms of Employment: Seasonal – 2 months: From Mid January 2011 to Mid March 2011 - Transportation, accommodation and food provide by the employer.  Location:  Gudauri, Georgia (near Tbilisi, Capital of Georgia) (Visa not required).  Certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.: First Aid Certificate, Wilderness First Aid Certificate, Mountain guide certification.  Experience:  1 year minimum  Language:   English.  Specific Skills: Excellent skiing ability, Escort groups on outdoor sport and recreational trips, Advise on safety and regulations, Operate communication (including emergency) devices.  Personal Qualities :  At least 21 years of age and in good health, 
outgoing and enthusiastic, strong leadership and conflict resolution skills,
 patience especially when dealing with inexperienced or troublesome clients, 
ability to handle emergency situations, effectively commitment to ensuring client safety.
